The Basics.

You can find books, videos, microforms, government documents and other materials in the Library Catalog using Boxer Search. Boxer Search includes 3 catalogs in one search: (1) Pacific Catalog, (2) Summit Catalog, and (3) WorldCat.

You can request materials from any of these catalogs: Summit averages 3-5 days and WorldCat averages 2 weeks.

*If you identify a book that is unavailable or not owned by Pacific, they can be obtain through interlibrary loan.

* For distance students, the Library will mail books to you. For questions about this service, please contact Interlibrary Loan Services at 503-352-1413 or 503-352-1410.

* If you live near a Summit library, you can visit that library and use your Pacific University ID to set up an account.  After that, you will be able to use the Summit catalog and have books sent to that library for you to pick up.
