When searching a database, a catalog, or even a web-based search engine, the best strategy is to use simple keywords -- preferably no more than 2 or 3. And try to use only nouns.
Once you have entered your search terms, limit your results to print books or e-books (using the options in the left-hand sidebar).
This specific book is in the Hillsboro campus library, but you can request that it be sent to the Forest Grove campus library. Click the title link, sign in, and then request.
The Libraries' catalog is known as Boxer Search. Included in Boxer Search is not only records to items held by Pacific University's four campuses but also the records of the 39-library network called the Orbis Cascade Alliance.
The shared catalog is called Summit. So you hear Boxer Search and Summit used in tandem a lot. If the Libraries doesn't have what you need, odds are that a library in the Alliance does. And requesting a physical resource is easy to do (with a click of a link).
When you see a yellow dot, that means it's available in Summit. Click the Availability & request options link; sign in, and order. The book will be available for pickup at the Circulation Desk.
