Google Sites Tutorial—Changing a Site Theme

To change your theme, first go to the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Select “Manage Site” from the drop-down menu.

Once you are in the Manage Site view, click on Themes, Colors, and Fonts.

Click on the up/down arrow in the field below “Base theme” to display the theme options.

Select whichever theme you like from the drop down menu.

To explore other themes and templates, click on Browse more themes.

There is a variety of pre-designed templates and themes to choose from, many designed for specific kinds of web sites.

Be sure to click Save!
