Community Project Introduction
This guide will provide the tools to help you conduct a health needs assessment and/or gather information about community health issues. Some of the topics covered include: community needs assessment, social determinants of health, stakeholder engagement, action planning, leadership building, cultural competency, evaluation planning, and sustainable programs.
