How to Find Print Books at the Library

Quick Steps to Find Print Books

1. You can find print (hard copy) books at the library by entering your search terms into the Library Search Box and clicking Search

2. When you see your search results, you can filter your search results to print books only by clicking the Print Books filter under Resource Types and clicking Apply Filters.

Click on Print Books in the Resource Type Filter and Click Apply Filters

3. When you find a book that you would like to read, click on the title. You'll be taken to a page with information about the book, including its location and availability. On this page, you can see the book's location and availability and an option to request alternative access through interlibrary loan if it's unavailable. Contact the library if you have any questions about its availability, where to find it on the shelves, or interlibrary loan. You can also get the book's citation on this page. Remember to check all citations that are automatically generated from databases against the correct format.

You can see the book's location and availability or request it through interlibrary loan if it's unavailable.

4. Log into My Library Account to see the books you've borrowed from Pacific or your ILLiad Account to see any books you've requested through Interlibrary Loan.
