About APA Style

The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association is a guide for submitting manuscripts for publication in the fields of psychology and other social sciences. Many higher education institutions have adapted some of the guidelines to better reflect the needs of undergraduate students, so it is very possible that the various websites for APA style may have conflicting information. ALWAYS check with your instructor to determine what your instructor wants.
