Book chapters will be scanned and delivered to you electronically using the ILLiad system.

To request a book chapter:

Use Interlibrary Services (ILLiad) to request the chapter. If you have never used ILLiad before, you will need to complete a one-time registration form:

*If Pacific University Library owns the book, your request will be filled within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends).

*If we need to request the chapter from another institution, your request may take several days to fill.
