To pull up Submissions for the Assignments, click on the "Submissions" tab up on tab after you click on the assignment. It will open up controls for different modalities of the view:

Additionally, you have an ability to control functions such as extending the assignment after selecting the checkbox by the students' names and then going to the menu at the bottom:
