Creating a Quiz

To create a quiz in Moodle you will need to follow three steps: first, you need to create a shell for the quiz, then you need to edit the settings and finally, you need to add the questions.

1. First and foremost make sure you have turned editing on. Next, scroll down to the bottom of a week and click Add an Activity or Resource. From there, scroll to Quiz and click Add.

2. Edit Quiz Settings: On the Adding a new Quiz page you can set the global settings for the quiz. For complete directions, read about quiz settings.

3. Add Questions to a Quiz: After you have edited the settings for the quiz, you must add the questions through Edit Quiz feature. For complete directions, read about adding questions to a quiz.
